Maintenance
Whether you have noticed a malfunction in your system, or if one of our technicians have discovered a problem during an inspection, we are here to maintain both systems we have installed and those which we have not. We can complete all necessary maintenance requirements on your fire detection and suppression systems to ensure the safety of your employees and property.
All maintenance must be done in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements. ISF SFP take great pride in ensuring adherence to National Regulatory Codes of Practice SANS 10139, SANS 322 and SANS 1475 to name a few.
Retrotec Integrity Test
We measure the integrity of the room that is being tested to ensure the gas we would
discharge into the room to suppress a fire would not dissipate too quickly before
effectively extinguishing the fire. We pressurise the room and then test how airtight
the room is. We measure the leakage area of the room and use those calculations to
estimate the retention time for our various gas suppression systems to ensure the room
will be effectively protected.
Inspection
ISF SFP's skilled technicians perform complete and regular inspections on all types
of fire detection and suppression systems. We include audit reports and risk
assessments.
Testing
It is imperative to have regular testing done on your fire detection and suppression
systems to make sure they will be ready to effectively respond in the event of a fire.
We inspect and then test all types of fire detection and suppression systems to make
sure our systems will protect your property and employees. Testing includes power
supply testing, performance tests, visual, sound and smoke management.
